ABOUT

Back in 2015, I moved to London and began freelancing as a Special Effects technician.  After a year I was hired in my current position as Mouldshop Manager for Artem Ltd, a great SFX company where we create all sorts of magic for the Film industry and the world of Entertainment. 

I grew up in Paris and after obtaining a Master degree in Cinema and Arts I went to Italy in 2007 where I first worked as a set dresser and painter for cinema and theatre. After a short while I met the remarkable people who work for Makinarium a Special Effects workshop in Rome, with whom I began my career into mould and prop making.

Working in so many places with so many very talented people, I have acquired along the years a significant expertise and lots of strong skills in various techniques as mould making and casting, life casting, art finishing, prop making, hairwork, special make-up and scenography.

 

Je suis partie vivre a Londres en 2015, après un an de freelance en tant que technicienne d'Effets Spéciaux j'ai été engagée à mon poste actuel de Manager de l'atelier de Moulage pour Artem Ltd, une importante compagnie d'Effets Spéciaux où l'on crée de la magie sous les formes les plus diverses pour l'Industrie du Cinéma et le monde de l'Evénementiel.

J'ai grandi à Paris et après avoir obtenu en 2007 un Master en Cinéma et Arts du spectacle, je suis allée vivre en Italie. J'ai commencé à travailler comme assistante scénographe et peintre de scène pour le cinéma et le théâtre. Après quelque temps j'ai rencontré les personnes remarquables qui travaillent pour Makinarium un atelier d'Effets Spéciaux à Rome, grâce auxquelles j'ai débuté ma carrière dans le moulage et la fabrication des accessoires.

C'est en travaillant dans tant d'endroits différents avec tellement de gens très talentueux que j'ai acquis au long des années des compétences significatives et de nombreux savoir-faire notamment dans le moulage, le life casting, la peinture, la fabrication d'accessoires, l'hairwork, le maquillage d'Effets Spéciaux et la scénographie.
